Like 3 other people wanted to remodel the whole car before (be it paid or for free) but ultimately none of them did anything, not sure why. People give up easily I guess.
No they are here, they're the yellow ones down the selection, they're called the old tuned, the old cabriolet + dummies, etc.
They are still in the mod, I'm hoping to rework both. The cabriolet should be based on the aftermarket convertible version of the FL trim (which also had a sport version with 30 horsepower instead of 25, and also fun fact, the base one was only available in 2 colors unlike in the mod) but the one in the mod is based on the ST, so this needs to be changed. As for the dummies they need a Jbeam rework because they are buggy and unstable. I could try to adapt the Jbeam from my walking dummy mod to them after some modifications.
If all people from the Maluch Remaster would be fine with sending the files to me, I could make some meshes that you're lacking
Another person told me the same but never responded to me again, so idk, also knowing you it probably wouldn't be for free
Good to see that the update didn't break the textures. I'll get to work on this mod again once I have fixed my 9 other broken mods.
wow. that actually looks like a photo taken in the era of when that thing would be brand new.... this game.. just keeps getting better and better..
The new physics based rendering has done wonders for the game. And the texture updates. Things look less plasticy and look more like that unreal engine video of BeamNG
It would be cool but it's yet another thing that would require entirely new textures which would require a lower poly model to work properly. So basically the car would need to be remodelled. Maybe it is possible to add just the metallic but not sure how good it would look on such a high poly model. I will add some other new things though, like oil simulation and 3-lug wheels support (new Pigeon and Wigeon wheels are a bit smaller so they should fit in the wheel wells now). Speaking of wheels, I noticed that when I create the exact same wheel and tire size in Automation, they turn out noticably bigger. I wonder if it's a problem with Automation or maybe I miscalculated something and my wheels are too small? I'll have to double check that, the game update came out before I had time to check.
