This is an American road sign meaning that the road separates in the middle. Having said that, it is unusual to be found on a highway that large. I think it should be changed out for a merge sign, but it is technically correct.
The sign is correct. It's relating to the fact that the road is becoming a divvied highway not to the on ramp lane ending. Edit: This may show the European "equivalent".
No, mod updates are up to their authors and you should mention problems in the mod's threads. It's not up to the BeamNG developers to fix broken mods
Bug : stuck at 30 fps on almost all maps, but the problem is, last month, everything was fine. 70+ fps on all maps on the highest settings with reshade but for some unknown universal reason, it is now stuck at 30 fps, tried everything, clearing cache, disabling all mods, disabling reshade but nothing works. (Tried safe mode and i got 70+ fps, but when i exit that mode it got back to 30)
I don't think they intend for suggestions here, but either way, this is something that's been widely discussed, and even started on the forums. I know because I was part of one of the largest arguments on the subject. The latest conclusion is that it is possible in stages, much like Inn0cent's brakes used to. The brakes no longer work in stages, and the conclusion from a later thread is that it could be done via a node-based system that dynamically applies textures, and it would also work on dirt, mud, rain, etc.
