What do you mean?
If you mean you wanna attach a file in your thread, just click at upload a file button on the down of the page.
But If you mean you want to post a link in your thread, just copy the link then paste it here.

And now i'm wondering? How do you delete a Discussion?

 

You cannot delete a thread, only a moderator or BeamNG staff can do that.
