The author has been making steady progress, and was recently updated last month. This mod has gone on hold before and then taken off again. I don't know who made you the decider of when/if mods get released. Cut it out. Or maybe you're just shitposting and it's going right over my head
the difference is that that 99% of mods that never get released rarely get past the modelling stage. this one has been fully jbeamed and textured, and is just in the final long-winded stages of refinement.

I just found something. There are more engines that he listed I saw a 0.9L with 40 horsepower and another 0.9L with 45 horsepower. I found it there https://www.auto-data.net/en/ford-fiesta-i-mk1-0.9-45hp-8076
That engine is, and has been in the engine list for a while. The low Compression Valencia 1.0 is the 40 hp one, the high compression one is the 45 hp one. 0.9 wasn't a real engine, but the 1.0 sometimes gets called a 0.9 because it is a 957 cc engine. But that doesn't make it a 0.9
