After the last update, your mod as well as some others that add Engines to the Gavril D-Series has a bug that when equipping such mod engine the transmission and exhaust are dropped hitting the ground, the vehicle runs and the exhaust works normally, but when passing through some obstacles these pieces break. i tested your mod with no other installed to make sure it is not a conflict / bug with any other. below are the prints
I know this is a late comment but i believe its because the April update added engine mounts to all engines. This mod needs to be updated for that addition
