doing this for my own use btw and no not releasing it Added some crash pics - Cleaned up the jbeam instead of being a full unedited mesh slap from the etkc series and made it fit the car - Added broken glass and made a lot of things its own thing instead of half the things being together such as side skirt/engine/roof/made logos/badges has its own slot/exhaust/all of the interior and more - Cleaned the engine bay up with adding more engines like RB26/Rotary engine for fun from Revolution Race craft - Fixed spiking from interior in high speed crashes but still weird from the side a little bit - Made M2 wheels centered/Fixed the textures on the rad to make it the right material/Changed the texture files to DDS instead of using PNG/Made the glass in the interior have broken glass/took the etkc glow maps for turn signals in to make it look more clean/Reused some parts from etkc for bottom of car - Made GPS and dash work with working things using parts from the etkc800 for the gauge and the GPS from ETK - Made glow maps for car for interior and made glass for headlights have texture when broken - Still has some errors in console which shouldn't be too hard - Added glow maps to needles and gauge screen but not finished/Added the GPS finally - Added lots of carbon fiber parts for M2 includes diffuser/roof/fenders/hood/bumper/trunk/dash/mirrors/spoilers/front brace and more - Added more wheel options for 19x9/19x10 such as Slicks and Michelin tires with TE37s from the 180sx making them fit 19x10/fixing the tires not spawning in when spawned - Added tinted glass to basically anything that has glass in the car with options if wanting clear glass/tinted - Added an off centered licenses plate in the front - Added lip for front bumper and for side skirt - Here is a pic of the part selector for beamer
sorry can't yea tru and plus the car still has a shit ton of issues but I would release if I had permission from the original person who created it
I’d love to get into JBeaming if it wasn’t impossible to learn, difficult to do, and overall a pain in the ass. Looks good tho,
yeah cause I need help with the glass breaking, the interior needs some work, the headlights/taillights still need material when broken that's why
to be honest i dont know how to set a material when broken. I think it just takes whatever the material is assigned and makes it white tbh. but, i wouldnt know.
damn ard I was just wondering cause I remember seeing your mini cooper mod that you were creating so i was just wondering if you did the broken material thanks tho
ik how to do it now I just need to make its own material when it breaks but now I need to make the dash and the seats separated which I need help for the model
Jbeaming is not hard in any way, you just watch a few videos, learn from the wiki and then start Jbeaming
It's not hard to learn it, but it is hard to actually do it because it's a lot of work and you need to improve the same thing many times until it's good enough.
Agreed i'm rn just fixing mods to familiarizing myself to modding ig not sure if that's the best way but I find it fun either way
