Welp he has made all of the mod videos private so I assume he has found his wrongdoing and is correcting the matter glad to see he has listened.

 

He has taken down the video. I sent him a message, he had apparently taken it from modsgaming.ru. They're the real culprits.

 

Yes but he still used adfly I can't force no re-uploads that's gonna happen but he was making money off of myself and many others work.

 

He made the right decision, Kudos to him

What I usually tried to do(as kinda suggested before) with some websites is try and make it seem like you're some official dude and you're claiming copyright, making it seem like if they don't comply you'll take legal action(without actually saying anything like that, because actually treatening to sue this and go to court that would just make it childish!).
For me, that's worked on major GTA websites who don't usually seem to care about take-down requests. Just quote some real copyright laws and they'll usually comply as long as you ask them nicely

You should be getting credit for it, but did you get permission to use said sound files in the first place? Kinda like the pot calling out to the kettle. ...

 

If you think that's bad there are many uploads on bulgarian trackers and even piratebay and kickass of the whole game + mods. If enough people report it, it will get deleted.
