G29 not reciving any force feedback

Hello!

I am in a quite sticky situation. I am new to owning a steering wheel for a PC so I am not fully knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting it. The most I know is how to set it up. Anyway, I received my G29 in December of 2020 and up until now, it has not given me any problems whatsoever. However, a couple of days ago I loaded up BeamNG as I regularly do, and once I loaded up a map my steering was very light and would not center itself (like a regular car). At first, I thought it was one of my mods I had downloaded so I started it up in safe mode but it did not help anything. So then I tried tweaking some stuff around in the Logitech G HUB and I believe that I made the situation much worse. I made the steering super tight and it would re-center itself very quickly. I tried searching all over the web for a solution and I tried following some YouTube tutorials and none of them helped. One YouTube video was telling me to uninstall the Logitech G Hub and the Logitech Gaming Software and then reinstall it. I following the reinstallation as it was saying and I restarted my computer twice and then I opened up BeamNG and the problem was still present. I wanted to make sure it was not the steering wheel that might have had some tech issues but just the game, so I opened up another game that I had previously used with the G29 which was American Truck Simulator and I received force feedback from the G29 on that game. Please let me know if I am missing something.

I know it's a silly question but have you made sure force feedback is turned on in the game?

 

I feel so idiotic right now, I had it turned off because I thought it meant some "extra" feature. I can't believe myself, oh my goodness. Thank you, got it fixed haha!
