I like them both but I think I prefer B

 

I prefer B because the bottom part of the grey panel goes on one clean line instead of sudden sharp bump.

 

A, but put the license plate on the bumper, so it doesnt have the weird bump where the plate would go.

B just looks horrid, go with a.

 

A, but probably with a smaller plate. Looks cleaner
And maybe keep the black accent a single size and not make it bump downward just for the plate, maybe keep it the same width and have the plate just sit over it. Plus, A matches the lights.
