its a bit old but the non zip one doesnt have the spare wheel if i remember correctly

you need to drag the mod (in this case WBIMP) into your beamng mods folders

 

how from here

 

over here you go to the downloads and right click then click copy then go into the beamng mods folder and right click again to paste (or what i do save the file to that file bar and drag the file in)

you should then double click on the mods folder go to a empty space then right click and paste that mod in

 

but i use zip?

 

All mods are zip. You should not extract them, put them in mods folder with zip type
