Case: poor merge causes minor collision, December 15th 1985.

Description: a road in the hills in Belasco City was closed due to roadworks, however the turn lane for it was still open. One driver only realised it was closed as she was about to turn, and she moved to get back in the traffic flow without checking her mirrors, clipping a car that was alongside her.

    Injuries: none.

Vehicles: 1982 Gavril Gellan, 1984 Bruckell LeGran.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the case was settled at the scene, with the Gavril driver accepting fault after the Bruckell driver explained to her exactly what had happened from his perspective in detail. Neither car was repaired, as the Bruckell driver could not afford to do so due to payments on the car, and the Gavril driver was not that bothered about having a dent on her car.

Failure to maintain lane, Ibishu 200BX HR-Tec, Fatal accident occurred January 1st, 2021, in So Cal-Nevada Interstate, USA:

    (Overview of accident scene)
    • Location: So Cal Nevada Interstate, USA
    • Date & Time: 01/01/2021, 1922 EST
    • Vehicle(s): Ibishu 200BX HR-Tecc
    • Owner/Operator: Private
    • Vehicle Damage: Destroyed
    • Defining Event: Failure to maintain lane
    • Injuries: 2 (Fatal)
    • Type: Personal

    - Analysis:
The 21-year-old driver was traveling along with his close friend after a midnight party in a bar that was located approx 35m from the accident location. The driver had no previous experience in this stretch of highway (sharp turn) and he was known for his tendency to drive around the maximum speed limit. According to multiple eyewitnesses at the party, the driver was very tired and "not active as usual", he told two eyewitnesses that he needed to leave and get some rest.

The Ibishu exited the lane at approx 145 mph on a *perfect* eastern heading, no attempts were made to slow down the vehicle or veer it in a way to avoid the brick wall. The vehicle became airborne for about 1 second before impacting the wall at an estimated speed of 150 mph, the vehicle was possibly on a roll angle of 36 degrees.

The Ibishu came to the rest a few hundred meters from the initial collision point. Extensive impact damage was noted to the front left side (driver's side) of the vehicle. Examination of the vehicles revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions. Additionally, toxicology testing performed on the driver at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory was negative for carbon monoxide, ethanol, and drugs.

It is most likely that the driver's combined fatigue/speeding and lack of knowledge of the sharp highway turn resulted in the vehicles exit from the road and subsequent crash.

    - Probable Cause:
    • The driver's exceeding of the speed limit and failure to maintain his lane while approaching a sharp highway turn, which resulted in the vehicle's departure from the road and impact with a wall. Contributing to the accident was the driver's lack of knowledge of the highway turns and fatigue.

    - Preliminary Information:
On January 1st, 2021, at around 1922 eastern standard daytime, a privately owned Ibishu 200BX HR-Tecc Sport Coupe, departed from the highway lane and crashed into a wall in the southern California-Nevada Interstate, USA. The certified driver and one passenger onboard the vehicle were fatally injured, and the vehicle was destroyed. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident.

The driver was attending a party about 40 minutes before the accident occurred, multiple party attendees told the investigator in charge (IIC) that he (the driver) was very tired and sleepy. The driver's family reported that he never drove in that specific stretch of highway, and it is most likely that he did know there was a sharp turn at the accident location. A study of the vehicle's performance revealed that it was traveling at an estimated speed of 145 mph at an eastern heading.

An on scene examination of the vehicles revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions. The vehicles was transported to a secure facility for further examination.

The Ibishu 200BX HR-Tecc is a Sport Coupe version equipped with a 2.2L HR-Tec engine, race suspensions and gold wheels.

Case: distracted driver causes crash, October 28th 1988.

Description: a driver retuning his radio was not watching the road and ploughed into a queue of stationary traffic. A truck driver who was nearly hit head-on turned around further up the road and came back to help, but a half-asleep motorist rear-ended the truck while it was stationary.

Injuries: the driver at fault had critical head and neck injuries, and barely survived the crash. The last car in the queue had one occupant, who also suffered neck injuries and a broken foot. The driver in front of him got away with no broken bones, just some bruising from her seatbelt, as did the driver who hit the truck.

Vehicles involved: 1977 Bruckell Moonhawk, 1984 Bruckell LeGran, 1987 Ibishu Covet, 1982 Gavril Gellan, 1983 Gavril T75, 1985 Bruckell Satyr.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the Moonhawk and the LeGran were totalled, and the Covet and the Gellan were repaired on the Moonhawk driver's insurance. The Satyr driver turned out not to have any insurance, so no-one paid for repairs on his car and he sold it for salvage. The Moonhawk driver was charged with careless driving and had his licence suspended for a year.

    Case: one-car accident, March 27th 2020.

Description: a driver travelling at speed along a country road saw another vehicle pull into his path, but did not slow down or give any signal of his presence to the other driver- instead, he swerved up the grass banking and rolled his car onto its side.

Injuries: the driver was fine apart from some glass cuts to his arm.

Vehicles involved: 2009 Gavril Vertex SE, 2013 Bruckell Terrastar (not hit but involved).

    Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the Vertex's owner took it to a local repair shop- the very place the Bruckell had been leaving at the time of the crash- but when told the repair cost he gave up on the car and sold it to the shop at a vastly reduced price, and leased an SUV to take its place. The shop repaired the Vertex and heavily modified it with the engine from a scrapped Gavril T-Series, however when that project was completed a few months later it immediately attracted the attention of police officers who saw how unstable the build was under heavy braking and requested it not be used on the road. Instead it was a show car that would be trailered around and used to show how skilled the mechanics were.

Case: reckless driver crashes into stationary vehicles, February 22nd 2004.

Description: a teenage driver showing off to his friends, having seen a slower car in front of him at the last second, swerved around it, hitting two parked cars.

Injuries: of the three teens in the car, the driver had a broken arm and the rear passenger, with no seatbelt on, was thrown around the car and suffered concussion.

Vehicles involved: 1992 Ibishu 200NX, 2001 Ibishu Pessima Coupe, 1999 Gavril Grand Marshal.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the car belonged to the driver's mother, and she was furious. To make matters worse, the driver was just 15 and had no licence. He was given a year-long driving ban, but when he was able to get his licence his parents punished him further by buying him the most embarrassing car they could think of- a pink Autobello with a large dent on the front corner. The driver's mother instead used her husband's car, due to a lack of space or money at the time for another car.

Case: loss of control, August 1st 2005.

Description: a teenage driver showing off to his friends was trying to crack 100mph in his tiny old car- no mean feat. However, he only reached 97 before having to brake hard for a corner- and spun out of control, hitting the wall.

Injuries: none- the passengers were all too tightly packed in to be able to be thrown about despite no-one wearing seatbelts.

Vehicles involved: 1971 Autobello Piccolina 130B.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the car was a wreck- its owner was glad in a way, as he had been bought the car as punishment for reckless driving before and it had been a running joke among his friends. He got a job the following month, and saved up to buy himself a better car.

    "Drive-By Disaster"

Case: Drive-by + attempted hit and run leads to deadly car accident, March 22nd, 1991.

Description: A Purple Moonhawk headed into a small neighborhood with two passengers and a few small machine guns, soon opening fire upon a few rival gang members. The Moonhawk hopped the curb and slammed into a lowrider that another gang member was hiding behind before trying to speed away. One rival gang member, who was also a veteran, shot out one of the Moonhawks tires, making the driver lose control and crash into a street light at around 50 - 60mph.

    Injuries:
Both occupants in the Moonhawk were killed near instantly, the driver, who wasn't wearing a seat-belt, hit the steering wheel and completely crushed his rib-cage, while the passenger, who was still leaning out the window, was nearly cut in half when she hit the A pillar. The man who was hiding behind the Bluebuck was dangerously close to being crushed between the car and the wall of his home, but survived with only a few bruises and a twisted ankle.

Vehicles involved: Modified 1972 Bruckell Moonhawk V8, Modified 1962 Gavril Bluebuck 353 V8 Marshal 2-Door Hardtop.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: Police responded to the gunfire a few minutes later, taking nearly everyone that was in the streets in that area of the neighborhood into custody. After multiple eye witnesses were interviewed, statements taken, and forensic investigations, no charges were filed as it was ruled that the veteran shot in self defense, though rumors about the cops being payed showed up soon after, especially around the area were the Moonhawk's occupants lived. The Bluebuck was taken to a local body-shop and repaired, though it did take around several months due to the custom parts that needed to be replaced. The Moonhawk was taken to a junkyard, parted out, and then crushed. Funerals were held for the Moonhawk's occupants after the investigation was closed.

    "Distracted Destruction"

Case: Text and Driving leads to Hollywood style rollover, June 3rd, 2016

Description: A ADAC driver was responding to a call about a stranded motorist who needed a ride to a shop after their car's serpentine belt failed. Shortly after pulling over and lowering their flatbed, a motorist drifted out of their lane, slightly scraped the side of the ETK 2400ix, and hit the truck's ramp with the right side of their car, causing it to go flying through the air before landing on it's side and rolling over a few times before settling on it's wheels a few hundred feet away.

Injuries: Only the driver of the bright blue ETK was injured, suffering broken legs, a traumatic brain injury, internal hemorrhaging, and many cuts and bruises from all the broken glass that flew around the cabin during the crash.

    Vehicles involved: 1994 Gavril D45 Diesel Rollback Upfit, 2015 ETK Kc6t, 1987 ETK 2400ix.

Location: ETK Driving Experience Centre, Germany

Aftermath: The ETK driver was brought to the hospital, but unfortunately died while in intensive care a few hours afterwards. The D45 was eventually repaired and put back into service for a few more years before being retired and eventually built into a diesel drift truck by a group of young adults. The ETK 2400ix was also repaired, and eventually handed down to the owner's son after he graduated from college. The ETK Kc6t was completely totaled and was brought to a salvage yard, where it sits to this day. After police investigated the scene, they found damaged cell phone in the middle of the road and discovered that the Kc6t driver was texting while driving, and most likely crashed because they weren't paying attention.

Case: lack of observation causes multi-vehicle accident, March 16th 2021.

Description: a lane-hogging driver saw a vehicle approaching them from behind, but did not watch long enough to see it go to undertake them, and when they moved over the two cars collided- one was spun across the road, the undertaker hitting the central barrier. Another car narrowly avoided the lane-hogger and stopped to help, but both it and the lane-hogger's car were hit by a bus whose driver was using his phone.

Injuries: the lane-hogger was rushed to hospital in critical condition but did not survive. Everyone else was okay, but shaken.

Vehicles involved: 1996 Charmand 1200, 2021 Cherrier Vivace Coach, 1990 Ibishu Pessima, 2005 Wentward DT40L.

    Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the bus was fine and deemed still fit to use, though its passengers were compensated by the operator and the driver was fired. The Pessima driver did not make an insurance claim as he, too, received compensation from the bus operator and knew the car would have been written off if he had done- he drove it home and immediately got to work fixing it. The Cherrier was also repaired, paid for by the deceased Charmand driver's insurance.

Case: careless driver hits multiple vehicles, December 5th 2008.

Description: a truck driver got caught in heavy traffic, but only just realised he had missed his exit, so he backed up to take the off-ramp, crashing into the cars queuing behind him. When he was able to take the exit, he did not look before pulling across and was hit by a speeding car.

    Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2007 Gavril T65, 2003 Ibishu Pessima Coupe, 1993 Gavril Grand Marshal, 2005 Gavril Roamer XLT, 1986 Gavril T75, 1999 Ibishu Pessima.

    Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: all the cars could be repaired, as could the truck, but the driver was sent back to the depot while a colleague finished his delivery. When he arrived back at HQ, he was suspended pending investigation, and only got his job back the following summer.
