Duplicate config?

hi so while making a custom config for a mod with the info.json file and everything, I got two configurations? After making the config in the files I opened the game and found there was a duplicate. I checked on my pc to see where else the files could be but no sign because I remembered I deleted them in the recycle bin so they are not on my computer, So and advice on how to fix this issue?

This happes if you use capital letters in the config names for some reason. No idea why. It's extremely confusing because in game the config name appears with capital letters but in the files it can't have them. Change the letters and it should be fine.
