Does anybody know how to get out of offline mode in steam, when I go up to the Steam icon at the top left, there is no "Go online" button

If you restart steam with an internet connection, you should be able to get into online mode. Otherwise, this is a job for Steam Support

Fixed it, it was my shitty internet so I bought a little adapter and it works amazing! 10\10!
