Remember to get video proof the parts work together. Just because all the lists say they all work together doesn’t mean they will. I’m begging you you’ll save so much stress
It’s a long story, but in building of this pc i went though 4 ram sets and 3 motherboards before finding a combination that actually worked. they all said they worked everywhere, but didn’t.
@P_enta Hey I see you have the 6000XT, is it good? From what I heard in reviews it isn't the best thing ever.
the 6800xt is incredible. The only downside is out of the box there’s some pretty bad coil whine, but it’s been about a week and it’s mostly gone away. The card gets hot, like 80-90C. But according to amd those are normal temperatures and nothing to freak out about. 16GB of vram is an unimaginable amount and it can access half system memory if it needs to, so I can have 48GB of vram. Also it looks really cool. Just be warned the card dumps all its heat into the case so have good cooling
This is my final build: Case: NZXT H510 (non rgb version) CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite Ax Graphics Card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 5500 XT D6 4GB Graphics Card GDDR6 Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 (2x8gb) @ 3200 MHz STORAGE: WD BLUE 1TB SSD 2.5 in PSU: NZXT C650 650W power supply unit full modular
Looks like I'm might go with a gtx 1650 4gb graphics card which is going for $160 on Amazon. It would be something temporary till I can get the 3060ti later this year once everything gets back to being more stable.
Is there anyway you can go with the 5600x? It'll yield much better performance. oh wait you already ordered it nvm
I might go a little bit higher on the power supply that way I have some extra room for the graphics card. Been looking at possibly at least 650w power supply that is full modular so I can customize the cables in the future.
Well I'm almost done with getting all the stuff I need to build my computer.I just need to get the memory which I should be getting in a few weeks.
would it be safe for me to move my current hdd from my current computer to my new computer that i'm building since it already has windows 10 that has everything needed to get the new computer up and running.
I was wondering if this is possible. When I build my computer I wanted to have two hard drives the one from my current pc which has windows 10 and a m.2 nvme ssd both are 500gb but see if i could clone windows 10 from the 2.5 hhd to the m.2 ssd while they are both hooked up in my new built computer.
I finally built my computer a few days ago and can successfully play the game but after a minutes of playing the screen will show no signal for no reason whatsoever. Is there a thread that can point me in the right direction for this issue.
