I just bought a rx 5500xt 4gb from Newegg for around $200. It's just something for now till I can get something better and the market becomes stable.
I have a RTX 2070 Blower. It cost me over 500 Euros, and i am able to run with reflections on high at the West Coast USA with 5 Cars at 40 FPS. Without cars and reflections, i am between 90 and 112 FPS.
I just upgraded around Christmas so at least i can run BeamNG at a clear 60fps. I swapped my old 950m with a brand new desktop case with a AMD Radeon RX 5500XT 4GB and swapped the CPU with a Ryzen 5 3600.
i have a sapphire radeon rx590, really solid mid to high end card, can handle beam on ultra settings at 50-80 fps no sweat
Radeon cards are good like this one, but they are super expensive. I got mine from a sale where my Radeon RX5500XT 4GB only costs about 200 dollars, and man, it's pretty decent. I can run BeamNG at a solid 70fps on High settings and 45fps on High with 10 traffic cars spawned. Back when i had my old GTX 950m laptop i ran High at 15fps and the best i can do was 45fps on Lowest. So i did get a huge upgrade, thanks to AMD. It's not a RTX 2060, but it is what i got.
I got the same gpu but was trying to get the 8gb version so I had to settle for the 4gb instead because of money and selection of graphics cards that were in stock.
i dont know if i already posted in this thread or not but i have a 6800xt 16gb, runs beamng at like 250 fps max settings. kinda cool. This actually is replacing my work computer which is why it's so powerful.
i might be having an issue with my graphics card since every time i play the game i'm only able to play for a few minutes if i'm lucky. i've tried everything that i could think of and i get the same result in my screen going to a no signal screen. the monitor that i'm using is my tv.
I just barely bought it not too long ago like last month and still have the manufacturer warranty and the warranty I bought from newegg.com
At the moment it seems like it's just beamng and I've done other things like uninstall/reinstall, remove and check the gpu for anything that would cause it to get the no signal but nothing that would stand out. All of the drivers are up to date.
