Your opinion: More modern cars or more classic cars?

what we need, is an classic european car as we lack one, and a brittish sport car from the 80s-00s

I wonder if they planned at some point to add newer versions of older cars, for example, we have two pessimas, wonder what a modern legran would look like...

I just would like new content for the game. I don't care if it is a classic or modern, I will still have fun with it.

We need 3-4 cars at least from every time period as well as more cars from different places. Stop making ibishus and Gavrils from the 80s and 90s. That’s literally half the cars in the game

Rigs of rods has a ton of 2009 gavril vehicles

 

Weren't there a few vehicles made by gabester for RoR that have yet to be ported over to Beam? I remember there was a supercar or something with a v10 too He could just use the meshes and make all new mechanics for some of those.

 

gabe has said multiple times that he doesn't like the quality of those vehicles.
they're already heavily reworking cars made for beamNG, if they brought back the omega or MZ2, it would be completely redesigned from scratch.

 

Ah yeah I do remember him saying that. I am totally SIMPING if he did decide to just say "you know what I give up, let em have it" I dunno, I Guess in gabesters mind, if it's outdated, then it's not worth the hard drive space it's created on...lol I never got that train of thought but it definetly helps clean the place up.

I'd like to see more commercial vehicles. Step van (like UPS vans or food trucks), garbage trucks, bulldozers, bendy buses, fire trucks. Also a Prius would be good so we can have hybrids

The creator of the Vertex did a damn fine job using an automation car as a base. But man, in terms of detail, polycounts and topology it's just not a patch on the vanilla cars.

 

We need one of those "extravagant" economic cars from the 60s-70s, like a Pacer or a Gremlin. Oh, and also an older van, something from like the late 40s-early 50s

 

I feel like a early 30s car would be amazing!! For some reason I've always liked the way they look (hopefully others do too) and as a bonus the John Milner 32 Ford from American Graffiti is SWEET!!!
