Part of the challenge of this project is modeling this car from direct reference instead of other models since those were originally modelled off of reference as well.

I did mostly little stuff today only because I was feeling a bit sick. I still want to finish this project though. Thinking about which configuration I should make as the flagship, so I can make renders.

Oh my god.... .YES A MONACO! Jeez i can't wait till this thing is done. I love old Land yachts, especially those of the chrysler Genome. Such a badass car, good luck with the project.

I'm glad you like it. I've loved this car ever since I first saw it in The Terminator 1984. It's just a badass looking car that's not a typical Charger. Which are cool too, but everyone's made a Charger, I wanted to make something more obscure. Shame you can't find real ones anymore.

I have an announcement to make. In case you guys have been wondering where the Monaco has been, it's still being worked on. I am texturing it right now. I may have to take a couple months to learn jbeam and all that other stuff. I will be experimenting with different cars so I may or may not post more threads so look out for that.

Oh my this is looking nice! As for the jbeam, are you planning a custom set up or an existing jbeam, say the Moonhawk?

. I'm super hyped about that car ! I there's a classic cop and taxi car version, perfect with the Oldsmobile and Caprice mates ?

Wow,this thing is looking great! I grew up with Dukes of Hazzard, getting a DVD box set every year,so it's so neat to see this era of Monaco as a BeamNG mod,is it gonna have TV/Movie skins for a possible cop car variant?

Absolutely, it would be a sin to make this car and not do that in fact.
