probably less by default, standard kei class cars typically make around 49-59 hp, 63 would for the sport versions
Yes but the era the Pigeon was built the limit was 550cc. Also I'm pretty sure this counts as a sporty model from standard considering its a mid engine kei car. Id imagine that the lore is there are normal front engine versions and these are like a "clio V6" hot hatch version. Then the version that make more than 66hp either aren't sold in japan or have a easy removable boost limiter from the factory.
Yeah I know the micron however I wouldn't really call that a kei car personally. I'm pretty sure it has many engines over 650cc too
it may be classified as a motorbike because of three wheels, or irl you may need a motorcycle license to drive one. the reliant robin was classified as a car.
