    I was just thinking. the squeal is cool and i was just thinking the porshe 911 carbon ceramics squeal when they arent hot at all. do you think you could add that to the race rotors and full race brake pads?

    Not really sure, I gotta look into how the jbeam is made with the brake pads and of there is a value that you can change. If not I may have to overwrite a lua file but I don’t really wanna do that. The devs said it’s a wip feature that’ll get removed in the next update too

    This is awesome man :) i was really hoping that the devs would implement it by themselves, but thats also nice. Thanks man! Helps even more to bring this game near to perfection

    This is a amazing mod, and the Dev's should really look into making this into the game. As well as the brake squeal that's just an awesome amount of attention to detail!

    damn it i really love the a squeak. is there some way you could when you update enable and disable it. alot of people love the squeak

    I mean I guess when I overwrite the dev's lua code but like I said, the squeal is a wip feature of them, its kinda buggy at times
    They'll have it fully working eventually

    One day, I deactivated this mod unintentionally, and I started noticing a new brake squeal (btw the normal squeal when the brakes started to glaze was still there). I noticied that with race disks, the brakes would squeal when cold, at light braking pressure, while before, it would only squeal when the brakes started to glaze. Later I noticied that I have deactivated this mod, and when activating it, the "new" squeal was gone. I don't know if this is expected behavior or not, but either way, I'm here to report it.

    Personally, I like the "new" squeal better, I feel like it's more realistic (but I pretty sure that in real life, the squeal is caused by the pads, not the disk lol)
