    I have tried it already, GTA v runs pretty well, I'm not sure what wrong

    What GPU does the game say you're using? I still think it might be a side effect of the dual GPUs, especially if GTA is running fine.

    Maybe you have a bad or viral mod. Cut all mods in another folder or run the game in safe mode. I think it's the only way left
