Really Bad performance

Idk if it just my computer but i only have fifteen fps on normal setting with these specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHZ
RAM:16 GB SODIMM
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 GPU Memory 6GB

Note: This is a laptop

your computer isn't that good and underclocked apparently

Drop the settings down
Perhaps clear the fans out, dust can cause thermal throttling in laptops, reducing performance by a considerable amount.

strange, my 550ti works fine and 60 fps
