Strange, no one else has reported this issue... Only thing I'm aware of that's missing materials is the swaybar, simply due to a typo. The Hood and Trunk are assigned to a different material than the rest of the body, although it's part of the main materials file anyway so it's odd that you're missing just that specific material? What version of the game are you using? Have you cleared your cache and performed a clean install of the mod?
im using the newest version i also cleared the cache and have performed a clean installation Also the swaybar on the front suspension also has no textures
And i think i dont have that specific material even though im using the newest version of beamng? --- Post updated --- BUT the hood and trunk issue appears only on the racing version of the cosmo
What graphics settings are you using? Idk if thats still the issue but I remember few years ago textures could disappear when using low graphics settings. Specifically because "Texture Quality" was set to low.

Download this, put the .zip in your mods folder, and see if that fixes the problematic skin.

It would be actually funny if there was a version like that with a really tall roof that would mess up the weight distribution and make it tip over
