    Case: Loss of control due to side swipe turned into flip

    Description: A truck driver was delivering some new ETK's to a dealership.The a car pullred out ftom the breakdown lane and he sideswiped them,causing him to loose control and flip the truck.Then a distracted hopper driver slammed into the truck and rolled.

    Injuries: Everyone was fine

    Vehicles involved: 1997 Ibishu Pessima LX,1987 Ibishu Hopper ZXT-6,1988 Gavril T-Series,2017 ETK K-Series Kc6t,2017 ETK K-Series Kc6tx,2017 ETK 856 ttSport

    Time/Day: September 23,2017 10:45 AM

    Location: WCUSA

    Aftermath: All the ETK's were picked up by another truck and brung back to the factory to be repaired.Then they finally got to the dealership.They all later sold that week.The hopper driver sold hsi car to the crusher because it was too damaged.The pessima got repaired 3 years later because the prssima owner drove it into the woods leaving it there.

    Case: hit-and-run, January 18th 2021.

    Description: an older lady who had just been shopping in Citta Vecchia was attempting to leave the area, however parked cars made things even more difficult for her. She could not drive forward as another car was parked there, so she had to go back- something she hated doing as it screwed up her judgement. She ended up reversing into another car, and scraped a bollard as she drove off.

    Injuries: none.

    Vehicles involved: 2021 Autobello Piccolina, 2011 Hirochi Sunburst.

    Location: Citta Vecchia, Italy.

    Aftermath: though damage to the Sunburst was minimal, its owner still reported the driver to the police- as her numberplate had come off in the accident, he was able to give that detail and the lady was tracked to an address less than half a mile away, where she was fined and got points on her licence for the hit-and-run. She did not bother repairing her own car, though, even though it was more damaged than the Sunburst- claiming that until the lease was nearly up, there was no point.

    Case: Sleep driving accident

    Description: A truck driver was delivering some new Covets to a dealership cross country.He had driven non stop for 2 days.He fell asleep at the wheel and smashed into a tree,setting his truck on fire.The fire department pushed the cars into the water to put them out.
    Injuries: The truck driver died instantly

    Vehicles involved: 1988 Gavril T-Series,Ibishu Covet 1.5 DX(White),Ibishu Covet 1.5 DX(Yellow),Ibishu Covet 1.5 DX(Red)

    Time/Day: June 16,1989 2:34 PM

    Location: ECUSA

    Aftermath: All the cars were total losses.They were later brung to a scrap yard and crushed.The truck drivers funeral never happend because he was thrown out at 17 years old.

    Case: Discracted driving ends in pile-up, 19 June 1998, 08:42:09.

    Description: This week, the Utah Rally Championship (URC) started. One day before, Civetta and Ibishu were transporting their rally cars. On board of a Kashira in front of a truck, Mr Perto (Vice-President Civetta) and Mrs Sri (Ibishu). Both of the tow truck were discracted, and didn't saw the stopping cars. They slammed into each other and into the other cars. A police car can't stop and also smashed into the cars.

    Injuries:
    The Ibishu Vice-President and one of the Gavril Flatbed drivers died. The Civetta Vice-President was seriously injured, he died after 2 days. Other seriously injuries were the other Flatbed driver, one of the police drivers and the driver of the Kashira. The other police officer survived with a broken arm.

    Car(s): 2x Gavril H-Series, 2x Gavril Grand Marshal, 1997 Ibishu Kashira, 1988 Ibishu Pessima, 1986 Civetta Bolide.

    Map Used: Utah.

    Aftermath: All cars were scrapped between 20 and 23 June. The whole world was shocked and URC was cancelled. Jake Terb (Gavrils President) said this:
    "Here at Gavril, everybody was shocked of the deaths. Civetta and Ibishu may be rivals, but also close friends"
    Paul Civetta said this:
    "Were shocked by the death of Mr Perto and Mrs Sri. Condelence to Ibishu"
    Iwinoka Ibishu (Son of founder Ibishu), didn't want to speak about the accident.
    An investigation cleared that the two flatbed drivers were at fault. Also the intercom system was old. There must be more advanced intercoms and the speed limit is decreased to 45.

    Crash Description: Disregard for traffic rules causes four car pileup, December 30,2020
    Crash Description: It was a normal day at the airport, and the Peters family was heading back to Castello after arriving at the airport after a week long holiday in the UK to celebrate Christmas with their cousins. They got in their 2021 Autobello Piccolina, which had 20 miles on the odometer, and was bought brand new at a dealership. The family consisted of the father Scott, 49, the mother, Susan, 46, and their twins Larry and Steve (both 13). They saw a bright yellow 1950s Piccolina convertible, which belonged to Kevin Smith, 81. They both got in their cars and left the airport. Meanwhile, the Thomas family, which consisted of the father Bill, 52, the mother Karen, 49, and Gary and Steve, (17 and 15), and Joe, 11. They witnessed the blue Piccolina hit the convertible, and they tried to stop and help, but ended up plowing into the wreck. Miles, 47, was driving a B Series to the port, didn't notice the wreck and ended up CLIMBING OVER the LeGran and blue Piccolina. There were 4 deaths (Miles, Gary, Steve, and Kevin) and everyone else was injured, ranging from bruises to head trauma. The estimated damage is worth over 300,000 euros.

    Injuries: The children in the back seat of the LeGran died when the truck crushed the back of the car after climbing over it, Miles was thrown from the truck and had severe head trauma, and died from his injuries at 1:22 AM on January 1, 2021. Kevin was killed after the LeGran slammed into the convertible, which also caused him to have severe head trauma from hitting his head on the door of the Piccolina. Joe had a broken leg and minor head trauma, and was rushed to the hospital along with the other survivors. The twins both had whiplash and they both broke arms, and it was discovered they weren't wearing their seatbelts. Karen, although she was furious, broke her arm in the wreck after it slammed on the glovebox. Scott and Susan were unconscious. Billy only had a broken leg.

    Damage: The blue Piccolina had structural damage when the car climbed onto the hood, and was considered totaled and taken to a scrapyard. The damages were over 50,000 euros for the blue Piccolina, over 3 times the price of the car. The rear of the LeGran was crushed, and the cost for repair would be over 25,000 euros. The B Series is also total loss, as it had damage on the front end, and it was also stolen twice before the pileup, and the repair cost would be 150,000 euros. The convertible had repairs worth about 70,000 euros as well as property damage worth about 7,500 euros.. Estimated damage cost is 295,000-300,000 euros.

    Cars Used: 2021 Autobello Piccolina, 1957 Autobello Piccolina convertible, 1985 Bruckell LeGran Sport, 2007 Gavril B Series.

    Aftermath: After a few hours of investigation, the Italian police force found out what caused this ordeal, which was the blue Piccolina hit the convertible going around 25 MPH/40 KM/H. Kevin's grandchildren heard about a deadly pileup on the news, and they cried for 30 minutes. The grandchildren were both 5 years old, and were heartbroken by the crash. Scott, Susan, Karen, Bill, and Joe all recovered. Joe was traumatized by the wreck, and he was afraid to cross the street to visit his friend's house, and he took two weeks off of school to recover from the crash. Scott, Susan, and the twins took TWO MONTHS to recover from the wreck, and never drove a car again. Karen was F U R I O U S, and she immediately raced to the airport and took a flight to West Coast, USA. Bill was helping Joe recover, and the twins recovered two months after the accident, and became interested in the Ford Mustang GT when they saw one drive by their house. Miles's family was sued by the Peters, Smith, and Thomas families, and all three families won 150,000 each, and the twins were surprised when a red Ford Mustang GT was outside their house with a bow on top and a windshield sticker that said 2015 and 43,400 that their parents bought, and both drove down the road carefully as Susan went 20 MPH below the speed limit. A funeral was held for the four victims who were killed in the crash.

    Case: rear-end collision, February 4th 2019.

    Description: a driver not paying much attention had to stop suddenly upon noticing that the junction they were about to blindly pull across was not clear- the car behind them did not have time to stop as it was travelling quite close.

    Injuries: none.

    Vehicles involved: 2018 Gavril Racol, 2014 Hirochi Sunburst.

    Location: Norte, Italy.

    Aftermath: the Hirochi driver was found at fault and fined. The Gavril driver's insurance paid for the car's repairs, which although there was very little visual damage still amounted to over 300 euros.

    Richard was on his way to his cabin in his bluebuck , and at the same time a truck was speeding over to him. He didn't know what to do.     As promised, here is my first F1 crash story. Enjoy!
    Case: F1 car hits wall during qualification, May 5, 2018.
    Crash Description: It was the second race of the BeamNG Open Wheel Cup in 2018, and the Hirochi Raceway 500 was hosting qualification rounds hours before the event. Yodafone MacLaren, the team who finished first in the Belasco 250, were the first team to qualify. The driver, Louis Johnson, 42, from London, England has just started racing for MacLaren after a disappointing year with Civetta in the 2017 season, finishing fourth in the championship in 2017. Johnson got in the car, a FR17, and started his qualifying lap around Hirochi Raceway. Halfway through the lap, he ended up in a sand pit, but he got the car out, and had a relativly clean lap until he went over a rumble strip and got sent towards a tire barrier at 190 KM/H, before he was killed by the force of the impact. The medical crew arrived after the impact.

    Injuries: Louis was killed on impact after hitting the barrier at high speeds.

    Damage: The front wing of the car ended up underneath the car, which would impact the car's downforce.

    Aftermath: Newscasters and paramedics rushed to the scene of the accident. The report was made on Beam Racing Network called LOUIS KILLED IN CRASH, MACLAREN GETTING SUED. MacLaren didn't improve the safety of the cars from the 2017 season, causing uproar in the BMGOWC community to the point where people started spamming forums with arguments and flame wars. MacLaren retired from Formula Beam during this time, and Civetta won the next three championships from 2018-2020

    Case: Loss-of control, 19 october 1989, 14:38:45.

    Description: Two new jeeps were delivered to Jungle Rock Island as part of the big project. Two men were driving the jeeps to the headquarter, but one loosed control and crashed into a tree.

    Injuries: No seriously injuries, only broken neck.

    Car(s): 2x 1989 Ibishu Hopper

    Map used: Jungle Rock Island.

    Aftermath: The crashed Hopper was written off; it was shipped to WCUSA and there it was crushed. JRI orderded more jeeps between 1989 and 1995. All jeeps still runs after 30 years of service. When the car reaches 35 y/o, the car is shipped to mainland and scrapped.

    Loss of Control: Gavril D-Seires and a 1989 Ibishu Kashira (Gen 1). Fatal accident occurred March 6th, 2020, in So Cal Nevada Interstate, USA:

    - Analysis:
    The driver of the two-seat pickup truck was traveling downhill heading to a T-section area, at the same time, a first generation Ibishu Kashira was traveling uphill in the opposite direction. At some point before the accident sequence, the pickup truck crossed the straight yellow line and collided head-on with the Kashira.
    The pickup truck came to the rest in the right lane, substantial impact damage was noted in the front left section of the vehicle. The sole driver onboard was fatally injured (Figure 3).

    The Kashira came to the rest in an opposite heading of its original direction. Extensive aft crushing damage was noted in the front left side of the vehicle. All the doors apart from the back front were impact damaged and separated. Impact damage was noted in the engine and the surrounding areas. The accident was not survivable.
    Examination of the vehicles revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions. Additionally, toxicology testing performed on both drivers at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory was negative for carbon monoxide, ethanol, and drugs.
    It is unknown why the pickup truck crossed the lane and collided with the Kashira. Cellphone records showed that the driver's phone was not turned on at the time of the collision, and further investigation revealed that both vehicles were traveling below the speed limit. The accident is consistant with a loss of control event, but its unknown what lead to it.

    - Probable Cause:
    • The truck's driver loss of control for reasons that could not be determined based on available information.



    - General Information:
    On March 6th, 2020, at approx 800 eastern standard daytime, a privately owned Gavril D-Seires truck, with one person onboard, crossed the yellow line and collided head on with a 1st Gen 1989 Ibishu Kashira, which was occupied by three people, the accident occurred in the So Cal Nevada Interstate area. The driver of the truck and the three occupants onboard the Kashira were fatally injured, and both vehicles were destroyed during the accident sequence. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident.

    There were no known eyewitnesses to the accident. Examination of the accident scene by the IIC revealed that the front left section of the truck collided head on with the Kashira's front left section (both driver sides). Both vehicles rotated and came to the rest in opposite directions to their original headings. The Kashira showed signs of extensive aft crushing from the driver's side (Figure 1/2). It was determined that the impact was not survivable for the occupants of both vehicles.​

    Further on scene examination of the vehicles revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions. The vehicles was transported to a secure facility for further examination.

    Crash Description: Distracted driving, September 3rd 2019. Rob Marley was driving in his Bluebuck inherited by his grandpa that passed away. He was listening to some tunes on the track player that he put in the radio, meanwhile a busy man called Tom Prinzel was turning at an three-way intersection to head right to he can get to a meeting in Halmselburg, while his wife was trying to show him a picture of something on a media. Tom became unfocused and stressed as his wife begged him to look he lost focus of turning smoothly to the right road and instead lightly taps Rob's Bluebuck.

    Parts of Car Critically Damaged: Bent hood, smashed bumper and a very sharp bent fender with a broken and smashed-in headlight, airbags were deployed. Rob's car had almost no damage. Only a uneven front bumper, a slightly dented fender and a broken right-indicator.

    Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled: Bluebuck $450, ETK 800-series $2500

    Injuries (If Any) None, everyone was shaken up.

    Map Used: City of Firwood, Maine East Coast. USA

    Car(s) Used (you don't have to include authors): A dark green Gavril Bluebuck, and a Gray ETK 800-series

    Aftermath (lawsuit etc): Tom was happily paying for the damage done to the Bluebuck. Rob was pissed at first but appreciated the kindness of Tom. Tom Explained everything to his work and they allowed him to move the meeting to another date. His wife told everything what happend and Tom and Rob became good friends. Tom and his wife were divorced after that. Bluebuck was repaired but the ETK was then sold and she bought a Seoil Egos instead.

    Case: side impact, February 16th 2019.

    Description: a woman did not look properly when pulling out of a junction and was hit by another car at speed.

    Injuries: the driver of the other car had some cuts and bruises and mild neck pain. The woman he hit was fine, but very distressed.

    Vehicles involved: 2018 Gavril Racol, 2010 Gavril Vertex.

    Location: Moltofino.

    Aftermath: amazingly, the Racol had not taken much damage, which was lucky as the driver's insurance did not pay out because she was found at fault even though the totalled Vertex had been speeding.

    Case: Baja crash

    Description: A baja race was going on.One driver was speeding through the desert.He then flew super high of a dune hit the ground a flipped multipul times.

    Injuries: The driver was in bad shape from the body being completely crushed.

    Vehicles involved: 2003 Gavril D-Series Baja Truck

    Location: Ghost Desert

    Aftermath: The truck was completely done,the internals that were not destoryed were salvaged and put on another baja truck.The driver later recoverd and was back on the dunes 6 months later.The won many races later on that year

    Case: excessive speed causes single-vehicle accident, May 5th 2020.

    Description: a Polish man living in the UK went home at the beginning of the year, and took his car with him. However, he was over-confident when it came to driving on Poland's rougher roads, and taking a corner too fast caused him to vault a barrier and hit some shrubbery. The handbrake would not hold the car on such a steep incline, though, so when he got out it slid down further, coming to rest on a fallen tree.

    Injuries: none.

    Vehicles involved: 2020 Nomina H1 18i.

    Location: Polish Mountains.

    Aftermath: the car was towed to the nearest Nomina main dealer, in Warsaw, where it was booked in for the necessary repairs immediately. The company's excellent customer service ensured the car was back on the road in a few days.

    Case: Rear-end, 16 January 2021, 09:52:10.

    Description: A guy brought a 2017 ETK and tried to speed it on the Autobahn. when he was finished, he backed home, and rear-ended a car, loosing control and eventually crashed into a barrier.

    Injuries: The rear-ended car was unharmed, only whiplash. The ETK driver suffered a broken bone due to the impact and the airbag.

    Car(s): 2017 ETK 1300, 1998 VW Polo (Automation)

    Map used: ETK Driving Experience.

    Aftermath: Both cars are totaled. The ETK driver was stuck and must be pulled out by the Feuerwehr. The lane was closed for an hour because of emergency vehicles and debries sitting everywhere. The VW driver getted home by taxi and brought a Volvo XC40. The ETK driver brought a brand new ETK K series.

    Case: Texting crash

    Description: A truck driver was delivering some paper.He then got a text from his wife.He looked at his phones hit a car and flipped.Causing damage to many cars .Then 2 other cars hit him.

    Injuries: The truck driver had whiplash.Everyone else was fine.

    Location: Italy

    Aftermath: The 1300 800 and I series were repaired.The pigeon and piccolina were sold.The covet and vivace were crushed.The bolide was repaired then sold.

    Case: street racing accident, September 1st 2020.

    Description: two reckless drivers in hot hatchbacks were racing down an empty dual carriageway when one moved to avoid a car but the other hit them from behind- they spun out, taking the innocent traffic car with them.

    Injuries: the leading racer suffered whiplash and bruised ribs, but there were no major injuries.

    Vehicles involved: 2020 Cherrier Vivace 270S, 2020 Nomina H1 RTS, 2019 Nomina H1.

    Location: Scottish Highlands.

    Aftermath: both racers were arrested, charged with dangerous driving and both had their licences suspended for two years. The innocent bystander caught up in the accident got an insurance payout and was free to go.

    Case: Loss of control, 20 April 2013, 16:19:28

    Description: Patrick brought his brand-new NextMove Brave. Suddenly, the car turned to the left and flew for a bit, until he rested on the guardrail.

    Injuries: Patrick had minor injuries.

    Car(s): 2013 NextMove Brave (Private mod, maybe released)

    Map Used: WCUSA

    Aftermath: Patricks Brave was totaled. After a few accidents, NextMove recalled all Braves and Coupes. In 2019, the company merged with Cherrier and went bankrupt due to financial problems.
