I want to upgrade to a better graphics card, so I'm probably going to look for a cheap used one. What would be a good used GPU for around 50\60 Dollars? Help is always appreciated.

A GTX 660 Ti is pretty good for around $55 used.
Here’s a tip: NEVER buy ANYTHING from wish.com

I’m still waiting for that 3090 lol

I've never had to buy a graphics card before and would like some helpful advice as far as getting one that has 6-10 gb's and that would be around the $300 mark.

A 2060 would be a great one for around $200. It can do ray tracing and has 6 gigs of V-RAM, but it's last gen, and I would go with the 3060 Ti if it was in stock.

I found a msi amd radeon rx 5500xt 8gb graphics card used for under $200 and was wondering if it would be worth it.

Not bad, but you have to make sure it hasn't been used for mining.

Is that something that I would have to ask who is selling it.

You could, but just try to make sure it's in good shape and make sure it actually works.

Will GTX 660 work with a 300W power supply?

I would say no but what
The first thing I would do is probably upgrade your power supply to a 500w 80+
bronze unit from seaSonic or evga

I would then upgrade your RAM to 8 gigs
    @ 1600 or better yet 16 gigs

    After that upgrade your GPU
and consider a gt 1030 as you can find one
new for 80 to 90 dollars and it
should be capable of 720p low at 60 fps

    Good to know.
You might want to eventually upgrade your
cpu to an i5, i7 or Xeon e3 as well as a better cooler

Would a GTX 750-Ti be better then a GT 1030? I can find the GTX 750-Ti pretty cheap used.
