Have a House or a Garage???/In Game Money (Upgrades)

Is it at all possible to at some point later in the game have a designated House/Garage?? It would be really cool for the campaign mode "A Rocky Start" and to be able to buy a new car or upgrade parts of the current one. I see so much potential.

 

i would assume that something like this is in the works for the campaign mode

 

That's just campaign mode which is already being worked on
