So I'm considering getting a proper Windows computer, instead of my bootcamped iMac, and the specs are pretty promising, those being 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB SSD, and a Ryzen 5 3400G, with no dedicated graphics.
The integrated graphics seem to be decent from gameplay of other games I've seen, but can the Radeon RX Vega 11 integrated graphics handle the game at, say, 720p with medium overall settings?

Based on the only russian benchmark video pairing this CPU with this game, if all on lowest and on 1080p it seems to be getting 50+ avg FPS. This game is surprisingly well optimized compared to what it was before but obviously if you can get a better APU or a dedicated GPU you might find even better results. Im considering getting that same APU soon so i might be able to report back my findings.

I don't like that 12 GB of RAM. There is no way to run that in full dual channel mode without using 4 sticks, and since you have no dedicated graphics, your integrated graphics has to somewhat share memory bandwidth with your CPU and that will cause your computer to run more slowly.

I mean, the APU from AMD can only take up to 2gb of RAM to become slow VRAM as far as i understand. Even if you have 124gb you cant make it take up some more. So if you can live with 10gb of RAM it wont really make much of a difference unless you want just straight up more RAM.

On all lowest (and i mean lowest, no reflections, no smoke effect, no tire marks) on 1080p single car in stock content map the game is NEARLY docked at 60 FPS. Rarely going to 55 or 53 then back to 60. This is paired, however, with a very good set of 3200mhz RAM.

On the jungle and WCU maps the FPS average at about 50, 51, 53. Not obviously ideal but it works for no GPU.

Im pleased with the results myself.
