Oil and water temperatures

    Hello,

    I was wondering why oil temp change really fast compared to real life, it have a really small inertia.

    For example, when engine oil is at 100°C, when stop trottle, it get down few degrees less... and it worst when engine is more hot than that.

    Another eg, when engine touch water, oil and water temps reduced faster than engine was merged in nitrogen... strange!

    After some test (manualy changing air temp), for eg at -15°C (5°F) and drive cool, low rpm for simulate engine heating same as real life, oil and coolant temps goes up at same time, and they are hot after 10km of driving...
