My crappy specs:intel core I5 3500, amd radeon 7,500 hd, 8gb ddr3 1tb hdd. can My pc get better fps? Also I use normal preset with some changes: grass dynamic reflection, anti aliasing x16 anistrophic filtering. some things I cant remove because It will look like junk.

do you have a laptop or desktop by chance?
you did say you can't turn anymore setting down due to it looking like crap, right? So I'm guessing you have to upgrade your computer.

I think it's to do with this being on the OFF-TOPIC section.

    It doesn’t matter chill out.

if you get a Ryzen 5 3600X and 1060 6gb you’ll be good to go and it’s not expensive

I have a budget of 100$ I would need a new motherboard cpu and gpu and power supply as the one I have is too low.

If you want anything decent you need at least a grand. Save up more money

oooookayyy buddy that has nothing to do with the conversation.

I’m seriously though, you’re going to want a budget of 700-1000 dollars to get any sort of computer that will run this at any decent level. Though, you can always look on the used market. I’ve heard those old Xeons run this well

yeah chill. Just because we have *cough* *cough* overkill *cough* computers doesn't mean you get to be grumpy pants.
with $100 you can get pretty much nothing. Save up more money.
