going through the thread, i am 99% positive that a mod is causing your problem.

if the game works fine in safe mode, it is something in your beamng.drive folder that is causing the problem.


all of the items i have highlighted, i would suggest deleting them. it will not cause any adverse side effects.
(the dead mods, and legacy stuff folders are ones i have created manually btw)

if this does not work, i would rename the mods folder "mods1" or something like that,
next, create a folder called mods. 1 by one, copy each mod from the mods1 folder.
i.e. copy a mod, launch game, if it is working. boom you have the problem mod, if not, add another mod until the game stops working.

if you have lots of mods, it will take some time. you have to be patient. unless you install all your mods, this is the only way you will be able to fix this issue.
