So i gotta ask are you planning on doing a centre console and a woodgrain dashboard, like in the SE Coronets, and also a non "Tic-Tach-Toc" Tacho gauge meter ? And for that A745 did they come with a column shift ? It would just be cool to have, also for that rust suggestion i believe they meant just a skin, not a full rusted out body like the Oldsfullsize
I must say, I appreciate the reply, and I understand why the re-styled Coronet most likely won't be appearing.
I would like to add those interior bits, and I believe the A745 only comes with a column shifter, which would require animation. The rust as a livery would look strange since the floor would stay clean with how it is set up currently, and it would also take quite some time to make. So everything really might take a good while, since there is still quite a big gap between what I want to make and what I can make, outside of the things I need to do for the next few weeks. It really frustrates me how bad my skills are currently. I sure hope this can go somewhere.
Well for the A745 you can just use the 727 shifter animation or whatever its called but just have a different model. Don't fret too much about the rust skin, i mean all the other official cars don't extend the rust skin all the way to the bottom anyway, beside its not like people deliberately flip the car over to check it all out. And we all start somewhere, i think you have the potential to get things done with this, hell look what you've already gotten done, so take your time and things will just end up happening. Oh and for the love of god please when you find the time give us a colourable interior
i have a sugestion for the engines you cold paint the 318 with a type of bronze like this https://sp.olx.com.br/sao-paulo-e-r...charger-lebaron-magnum-hotrod-lanch-799841984
Just amazing work. THANK YOU!!! Two things: 1. I think the 318 is a little over torqued or something, as it burns rubber for many many yards when, after driving a 318 IRL, would very much not likely happen. 2. This mod is a little too strong in collisions. It pretty much obliterates everything it crashes into without the level of deformation one would expect in a 1960s unibody vehicle.
This mod is so awesome! Is it okay if I made a promo video on youtube? This mod is really amazing and surprisingly accurate And I feel like it deserves more downloads
I had answered the 318 related questions on the previous page. I'm not touching the deformation for now as I don't yet have the skill, so this one is up in the air. Sure, go right ahead. Thanks for the kind words, though I wouldn't say that is very accurate at the moment. Just so you all know: I think v0.21 had broken the supports for the large bumper guards. I'll try to sort this out.
Oh I missed that answer, thanks! Are you taking into account that these are Gross horsepower ratings and not net? The 318 wasn't a firecracker, and if you're using gross ratings and modeling performance as if it was net, then it would explain the over power that a number of us noticed. But still, minor issue in the scheme of things!
Love to see it back. Would be great with some slightly bouncier suspension but awesome other than that.
How did you install it? The correct way is: 1. Download the zip 2. Copy the zip to Documents/BeamNG.drive/mods
Problem Solved Gavril Gladiator files conflict with coronet files --- Post updated --- even if i deleted the files it dosent work --- Post updated --- When you open the ZIP which is named Vehicles and you have common which are the files for the hubcaps and tires and the coronet files the the car in general do you copy them to common or else ?
Delete the Gladiator, it's broken anyway, and don't mess with anything in the files or you will break this one too
Great update although some things that are incorrect - the 440-6 pack engine wasn't avalible in a 68 R/T, nor a 69 R/T, the first car they ever came in was the A12 69 Super Bee - the 3-speed auto wasn't standard in a 68 bee, the a833 4-speed was the standard transmission. In 70, the standard trans, even in a super bee was the 3 speed manual, not the 727 - the super bee wasn't the budget muscle car, chrysler's budget midsize muscle car was the road runner, the super bee while still not being overly expensive itself was more upscale and pricier than a RR. - not sure if you can do anything about this but the bucket seats that are included with the mod were 70 only, 68 & 69 had different bucket seats - most of the cars that have buckets are supposed to be bench, in a 4 door coronet buckets weren't even an option 4 doors were bench seat only & all 2 doors came standard with bench except for the R/T which came standard with buckets - the deluxe was the base model coronet, didn't provide extra chrome or anything it was just the base model Source: i own a 68 bee, my father owns a 69 bee and we built a 70 together
Thanks for the information! I have never even seen a Coronet in real life, so I had to make a lot of assumptions. There are, however, a few things in my research that contradict the info you provided, but of course, I can be wrong. -Thanks for the 6pack info. Looks like I need to add in the HEMI and 440 Bees. -I think I put A727 as the standard transmission for the Super Bee because I misinterpreted a source. I can't remember where I saw it though. -I would think the Super Bee was a budget muscle car. Sure it was slightly more expensive than the Plymouth Road Runner since Dodge's position was one step higher. But I think it is safe to call it "Dodge's budget muscle car". -If we go down this road, the door panels also changed throughout the years, even differing between trim levels. I don't know how far I want to go with this. -Thanks, I didn't know much about the seat options. -I based this on Wikipedia, but then again, it is not the most accurate source out there. I also didn't really found pictures of the mentioned base models other than the fleet versions. Seeing you owning a nice collection of these cars, and if I decide to make the other bench seats and door panels, could I ask you for some references then? Many sources online are not very accurate and I don't know what would be correct. Thank you.
