And your mod project is where? I'd like to nitpick and criticize it for not being 1:1 flawless.

 

Even whole BeamNG not flawless, but everybody criticize it in any aspects. Open your eyes up and look around. Also think wider and be wiser.

 

I dont think criticizing people and their mods is being wise.

Criticizing and nitpicking vanilla BeamNG content is one thing because it's a paid for product. When it comes to mods it's not uncommon that people put in heaps of time and effort on them completely unpaid as a free time hobby. It can be considered rude to bring out the ruler and point out every detail that isn't 100% accurate, especially when you haven't complimented any aspect of the mod before. Just something to bear in mind.

Mod looks great so far. Major criticism comes from people who can't do the job better themselves. This one in particular I'm very excited for.

 

Have you released the mod? i get why you havent initially at least cause of copyright. but i doubt you'd get copyright striked for a mod

No, he hasnt released it yet. He wont release it on the repository so he wont get copyright striked.

Also, be prepared for a bunch of replies because people don't know how to answer a question.

 

I get that but do you really think he'd get copyright striked? F1 cars are heavily copyrighted yet there have been 2 mods of F1 cars that are both quite popular

 

Only stuff on the repository can be striked, stuff on the forums cant. Also, if you change some parts of the vehicle so its not an exact copy and also you change the name, you dont get copyright striked.

 

I didn't know that. I get it now. I still wish he could release it on the forums or something somehow.
