Realistic Crashes (BeamNG)

Case: Side impact, April 4 2005.

Description: Officer K. Bland is patrolling in West Coast. He didn't saw the red light and crashed into the car of Jennifer, a 1994 Ibishu Covet.

Injuries: Jennifer has some whiplash.

Car(s): 1993 Gavril Grand Marshall, number plate 8GSM164, 1994 Ibishu Covet, number plate 7BFP206.

Map used: West Coast USA.

Aftermath: None of the cars are totaled. The damage was $1000. Bland was immediatly fired by his boss. He was a janitor by the West Coast High School. In 2009, the police gave him a second chance, because Bland was one of their favorites. Now, Bland is still a officer. 8GSM164 was in 2010 placed into the Wall of Police Cars, because 8GSM164 was the first unmarked police Grand Marshall. The car is since 2011 in the Police Museum. 7BFP206 was sold in 2010. After an accident, in 2019, the car was headed to the scrapyard.

Number plate: 8GSM164 is a 2016 Mazda CX-5, 7BFP206 isn't a real car.

 

I went to the internet and i found this: a picture from July 2008 with a familiar car.

 

Case: rear-end collision, April 2nd 2015.

Description: a driver stopped at the entrance to his workplace, having arrived early and wanting to chat with the security guard. A truck arriving on site barely a minute later did not see the car and rammed straight into it.

Injuries: the car driver suffered whiplash and spinal damage, The truck driver, meanwhile, barely noticed the impact.

Vehicles involved: 2012 Hirochi Sunburst, 2007 Gavril B75 tipper.

Location: Scottish Highlands.

Aftermath: the Sunburst, newly out of warranty, was a write-off, and had to be replaced- its driver recovered almost fully within a few months but suffered chronic back pain for years after. The truck was virtually undamaged, and though the driver was charged with careless driving and fined £300, he was allowed to continue working, having only been suspended with pay while the case went to court.

Sidenote- the registration number SL12 TFY (the Sunburst) belongs to a red Kia Rio; EX56 ZMJ (the truck) does not exist.

I also went back through some of my older Scottish scenarios and found a VW Polo (G29 TSE), a Vauxhall Corsa (SA20 DYW) and a Mercedes GLA (MD16 LDZ).

 

Case: Medical issue, July 1 2020 (finaly in this year)

Description: Manuel, 69 (nice) was a retired bus driver. He passed out and crashed.

Injuries: None.

Car(s): 1989 Ibishu Pessima, number plate FL 450YX.

Map used: Italy.

Aftermath: The Pessima wasn't totaled. Manuel was transported to the hospital, but was released a few hours later. The Pessima is still his.

Number Plate: FL 450YX belongs to a Seat Ibiza 4. My father droved one of these, but he was sold in March.

Case: Ignoring police siren, June 23 2019.

Description: Officers Jeremy Jamesson (Totally not a mix of Jeremy Clarkson and James, totaly not) and Louis McLop are called for a emergency. They rush to the accident. But a farmer called Pon was driving his 30 year old Hopper to the local town. Pon was a little bit deaf, and he was not wearing his hearing aids, so he didn't heard the police. The police can't avoid the Hopper.

Injuries: Pan had a lot of broken bones, Jamesson and McLop are fine.

Car(s): 1989 Ibishu Hopper, 2016 ETK 800.

Map Used: Scottish Highlands.

Aftermath: Both cars are totaled. Pon was fined £1000. He didn't drive anymore. Jamesson and McLop are still police officers. Pon died 3 months later due to sickness.

Also: I don't do number plates anymore for respect for the owners of the cars.

 

Case: Distracted driver hits crashed car, May 5, 2020
Crash Description: A 15 year old teen had just taken out his Escar Egos for a joyride when he didn't see the upcoming roundabout, plowing into it and getting injured. An ETK S12 was driving around the roundabout when it slammed into the back of the car, spinning the little egos around. Total damage cost is $75,000
Injuries: The teen is injured, the ETK driver is uninjured.
Damage: The repair cost for the egos is $5,000, the S12 repair cost is a whopping $70,000!
Cars Used: EsCar Egos, ETK S12 LWB.
Map Used: Scottish Highlands
Aftermath: The teen was arrested for driving without a license and was released one year later, and bought an Ibishu Pigeon.

Crash Description: In the small town of Fastello, Italy, a family of three in their Cherrier Vivace stopped at an intersection to let a car turn. Luca Borelli was driving his 1989 Ibishu Pessima at 10 mph over the speed limit on the road behind him, and thus didn't have enough time to come to a complete stop. Luca rear-ended the family at about 30 mph.

Parts of Car Critically Damaged: The Vivace's spare tire was damaged, as well as the tailgate,tailgate latch, rear bumper and rear bumper support.
The Ibishu Pessima's alternator, hood, grille, front bumper support, and front bumper were damaged. The coolant reservoir was cracked and the radiator was slightly bent.

Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled: The Vivace, despite taking damage to the frame, was not deemed totaled by the insurance company. The repair cost the family $17,350. The Pessima, however, not only sustained damage to the frame that would make putting on a new bumper impossible, but the post-accident inspection revealed serious rust issues. It was deemed totaled.

Injuries (If Any) One of the family members in the Vivace's backseat had a sore neck, and Luca sprained his wrist.

Aftermath (lawsuit etc): Luca was found at fault for the accident, and his insurance paid for the Vivace's repair bill. His license was suspended, and his Pessima was junked.

Case: rally crash, July 30th 1992.

Description: On the final stage of the 1992 Utah Rally, Team Ibishu California were looking like promising contenders for an overall victory. They were running a pair of Ibishu Pessimas, numbers 3 and 4, and things had been going well. However, on the final stage the number 3 car, piloted by experienced driver Kurt McLaren and relatively new co-driver Anthony Lewis, lost control on an S-bend, ploughing into a rock and rolling over.

Injuries: McLaren had a sore neck, but no major injuries, while Lewis seemed to be completely fine.

Vehicles involved: 1992 Ibishu Pessima rally car.

Location: Utah.

Aftermath: McLaren and Lewis ended up finishing last on the final stage, and though their teammates had done better that slip-up cost the team the championship- victory went once again to Team ETK-Dreid, as it had done the past two years. McLaren continued to compete in major rallies, though in 1994 he left Ibishu and signed a contract with Bruckell, for whom he raced until his retirement in 2000. Lewis continued to participate for Ibishu for much longer, and retired in 2010 with two championship wins, in 1999 and 2003, under his belt.

Case: Running red light, October 31 2013.

Description: Paul works in a car scrapyard. Today he is transporting a Fait One to the scrapyard. At the same time, Josh is riding fast. He is a taxi driver and he is almost too late. He runs the red light and crashed with 60-65 mph into the flatbed truck with Paul in it. Theres a bit of a danger of fire, because the fueltank reuped.

Injuries: Josh has major, but not lifetreating, injuries. Paul has a broken bone and whiplash.

Car(s): 1984 Bruckell LeGran, 1999 Gavril H-Series, 1994 Fait One.

Map used: West Coast USA.

Aftermath: The Bruckell was totaled and the damage of the flatbed was over $10.000. Josh was fired. He must be 3 years in prison. Paul came back to the scrapyard in January 2014. He was suprised by his friends of the scrapyard. The Fait was later that day transported with another flatbed truck and was a few days later dismanteld and scrapped.

Case: Speeding, September 27 2016.

Description: Paulo was doing cool stuff with his brother Pablo. They came up the highway at Norte. Paulo loosed control and crashed with +130 kmh to a barrier. A driver was on the side of the road because he had a flat tire. When he drove away with a new tire, he catched Paulo's crash with his dashcam.

Injuries: The brothers have many injuries.

Car(s): 2010 Hirochi Sunburst.

Map used: Italy.

Aftermath: Paulo and Pablo were arrested and sent into prison for 3 days. They're mum was really upset with his two sons. They must do 10 hours of doing housework. And Paulo and pablo can't drive for 6 months. The 6 year old Hirochi was totaled. The damage was €1000. Paulo has done a second drivings lesson, he failed. Pablo selled his custom ETK I and bought a 200BX. The car with the dashcam, an 1999 Ibishu Pessima, still drives. The 200BX also drives.

Case: rear-end collision caused by brake failure, March 3rd 1997.

Description: a car waiting at a crossroads was hit from behind by a car which could not slow down at all due to total brake failure.

Injuries: both drivers suffered whiplash, with the Covet driver having mild seatbelt bruising.

Vehicles involved: 1988 Ibishu Covet DX, 1992 ETK I-Series 2400ix.

Location: Norte, Italy.

Aftermath: after doing some research, the Covet's owner found that braking issues were very common, and he sold the car to a breaker for 1000 euros and never bought an Ibishu again. The ETK was repaired and continued to be used for years, though later on it changed hands far more frequently and its condition deteriorated- by 2013 it was a banger with eleven previous owners and was constantly getting pulled over by police due to a suspicious history and the stench of the ninth and tenth owners' drug use remaining in the interior- it was laid up in a field in 2015 by the eleventh owner, and is still there to this day.

Case: Front-clip accident ends in suv flipped, Oktober 5th 2017.

Description: A impatient and hasty Vivace driver decides to overtake a SUV but barely pays attention to the SUV and doesn't notice that the SUV wants to merge into the other lane and eventually clips the side of the SUV and makes it flip over.

Injuries: The Vivace driver had nothing while the SUV driver suffered many cuts and scrapes and a mild whiplash and a moved bone.

Vehicles involved: 2020-2020 Cherrier Vivace 160 ( DCT ), 1999-2005 Gavril Roamer LXT (A) (Facelift)

Location: Utah

Aftermath: The driver of the Vivace was at fault and was given a nightmare-ish fine of 4000 for speeding and dangerous driving with the addition of not paying attention, because the driver of the Roamer had insurance the Vivace driver had to pay for the damaged because the damage was bad but repairable, while the Vivace was an instant fix. Both vehicles are still owned and kept unharmed and the driver of the Vivace has his license suspended for 1 year.

Case: Car Fire due to short circuit, July 29 1994.

Description: Paul drives his ETK I 2400 to his father. Suddenly, 500 meters from his home and 50 meters from the city border, he smells a burning smell. He stops at the side of the road and 10 seconds after Paul leaves the car, the car catched fire.

Injuries: None.

Car(s): 1985 ETK I-series.

Map used: Scottish Highlands.

Aftermath: The fire services were on scene in just 1½ minutes, but the ETK can't be saved. The fire was extinguished half an hour later. Paul bought a ETK W after the fire, but that ETK also catched fire in 2000. After that, Paul bought a Hopper and never bought a ETK again.

Case: car drives into river, August 26th 2003.

Description: a car travelling at speed towards a trailer park was met by an oncoming caravan leaving the park- the car driver swerved off the road and landed in a fast-flowing river.

Injuries: the driver was thought to have drowned, but he did manage to get out of the car before the interior completely filled with water.

Vehicles involved: 1998 Ibishu Pessima V6 Sport.

Location: Utah.

Aftermath: the Pessima was completely flooded and unsalvageable, so it was sold for scrap after being recovered by the tourist it had originally met head-on (luckily the driver saw the accident, stopped, unhooked his caravan and drove his pickup down to the riverbank in time to pull the car out). Its owner recovered fully, having no injuries other than having ingested some water.

Case: Text and drive, October 4 2007.

Description: Jacob was a driver of a Pessima. He was in the traffic jam behind a truck. Suddenly a trucker with a unknown name was texting to his sister in law. When Jacob saw the truck 100 meters behind him. He was a bit worried. The trucker didn't brake. Jacob jumped on the rear seats when the truck makes impact. Luckilly, Jacob survived with minor injuries.

Injuries: Jacob had a whiplash and some broken bones.

Car(s): 1977 and 1983 Gavril T-Series, 1988 Ibishu Pessima.

Map used: Utah.

Aftermath: Both the truckers thought that Jacob was dead. When Jacob said: Im fine, they are relived. When the police ask why the truck crashed the driver said that he saw something moving on the passenger seat. The trucker was sent into prison for 10 years and was fired. The car was totaled. The 1977 truck was scrapped by the owner, the 1983 was involved into a couple of accidents, before getting scrapped in 2016.

PS: The 1977 truck is the yellow one, the 1983 truck is the brown one.

 

Case: Car merging on the highway causes speeding driver to lose control and smash into the barrier, Februari 10th 2020.

Description: A young lady called Sadie Haggins was a hatefull driver she drove a decked out K-series and pissed off others who had a car of a lower class than her car. An old grandpa called Edegar Wesson was driving his Grand Marshall when Sadie was speeding down the highway. Edegar tried to merge on the lane but sideswiped Sadie's ETK because she was going so fast that Edegar didn't notice her. The ETK spun out and smashed into the barrier, a Gavril Vertex driver Phil Steedson was chasing Sadie because she pissed him off by swerving infront of him. Phil couldn't stop in time because Sadie's car flew infront of his Vertex and he hit the left door causing a brutal impact.

Injuries: Edegar was shaken up but not hurt, Phil had a mild whiplash and average cuts. And Sadie suffered a heavy whiplash and critical scars and wounds and her arm and her left foot was broken. And her pinky and ring finger were temporarily "paralyzed".

Vehicles involved: 2007-2011 Gavril Vertex NA2 S (M), 2015-2018 ETK Kc6tx (A),1990-1995 Gavril Grand Marshall V8 Luxe

Location: City of Belasco,California,West Coast, USA

Aftermath: Sadie went to prison for one and a half year for dangerous driving and had to pay the damage for each car including many fines and even the cost of the cracked barrier on the highway. While she tried lying to the police saying that 'He hit me and i lost control'. It was time for court and both Edegar and Phil said that it was her fault and eventually she got into jail. Edegar's Car was an instant fix while Phil after two years finally got his focus back. While Sadie's ETK was a immidiate write-off. The car was far from repairable.

Case: Intersection Crash, 25th February 2020
Cars Involved: 1996 Ibishu Pessima Firwood PD, 2019 ETK 1356 TTSport, 1994 Wentward DT45L City Bus
Locaton: Firwood City, East Coast USA
Description: Agent Frank Lodowski was in his Police Pessima, and was responding to a robbery bank, going too fast through the city. At the intersection, Jeremias Lopez, a 19-year-old boy, didn't pay attention to the road, watching his cellphone, and didn't hear sirens, listening loud on the radio "Ya Lili of Thisiz Balti ft. Hamouda, Super Sako remix" and Frank couldn't brake in time, crashing into Jeremias' car. Frank's car lost control and crashed into a wall. Jeremias' car finished in the middle of the road. At the last, the bus driver, a 73-year-old man, Jonas Brewski, collided with the suv.
Injures: Jeremias is in serious conditions, and was transported immediately to the nearest hospital, Jonas is ok and Frank had a broken leg and some scratches. An update of Jeremias' conditions will be update later.
Aftermath: Both cars, except for the bus, are totalled. The cost of damage is 25.000$

BTW, Jeremias died for an internal brain bleeding...​
