For some reason the mudflaps on the twin-steer config have no texture (I don't know if it's on other frames aswell) The console is throwing this error:
I'll make it harder to break next update thanks for letting me know. --- Post updated --- I would have to use other peoples mod and I don't wanna have to have a million dependencies on my mod for my scenarios. Also hitching all of them is pretty annoying. But I know it would be pretty nice Also what do yall think If I do a scenario pack for modded maps like American roads (https://www.beamng.com/resources/american-road.3100/) Roane County (https://www.beamng.com/resources/roane-county-tennessee-usa.1586/) and I make some super long distance delivery and such?
OOOOHH YES I JUST Acknowledged that there were twin-steers! I just checked, but the second steer Wheel doesn't change to Super-Swampers. Thanks for those awesome fire trucks! Edit: 4th dimension grammar
The twin steer doesnt work for me aswell as some other new configs. On the mining config the tires are missing. This is possibly my fault i might try to reinstall it
Yeah I know, I have to put all of the sort of wheels and tires on the twin steer Clear cache, there's so much conflict with the older version of this mod.
So Im having a bit of a problem here. The game just straight up crashes when I select the truck. It gives a fatal error message pretaining to some kind of bitmap error (included is a capture of the error. Along with that the game spits out a 0x0000001 exit code when it finally gets around to it. Here's what I've done so far. Made sure I had the tire mod installed -Crash Uninstall/reinstall mod - Crash Clear cache - Crash Uninstall/reinstall mod again -Crash Clear cache again, unsubscribe from the mod on the repository, double check the file is gone in the folder. Reinstall mod from repository -Crash Ensure that any conflicting mods mentioned in this form post are not installed and unsubscribed, tried again -Crash Tried with and without a controller plugged in - Crash I might try to manually install it again, however Im guessing the result will be the same. Im at the point where the next step is to reinstall the entire game and proceed from there. Yes I also verified the game files. Other information that may be useful. It doesn't seem to matter which variant I select, it crashes regardless. Also, and I feel like this is very important, it worked on the previous version. So I dunno. Hope that was enough information. Fixed. Deleted everything in the mod folder, reinstalled mod, somehow worked after that. I dun fucgin know..
this may sound stupid and it probably is, install the mod in the repository and go into the repo folder ( C:\[your user]\documents\beamng\mods\repo ) and drag and drop or cut and paste the mod into the regular mods folder. and do the verify integrity tool or even just check for updates for your pc, beamng, and steam. hope this helps but is probably not going to
Would a smaller, non-offroad version of the fire truck be possible? It's awesome that we now have another fire truck in game but it doesn't quite fit in in city scenes. A smaller version with only 3 axles would be nice. Another suggestion would be to make it compatible with the Gavril LED Flashers mod so the truck can have more lights.
