I don't know if this is possible and if I phrased the title right but I would like it to be where while driving on West Coast USA for example, you can drive on highways with the ability to activate a billboard or on the racetrack and activate sounds for the lights with the press of a button.
So, lua triggers can be built inside of levels. And in fact, they have been: the drag race in WCU is activated via trigger. The only thing is, triggers are activated dominantly by vehicle presence, and I don't think that keypresses are supported triggering mechanisms.
