    I do occasionally try putting vintage rubber underneath modern iron. Results vary - I'm not sure which of these two is better.

    Try and add some body molding fixtures to your car. Right now you are basically only relying on the details of the body itself.
    There are many different packs on the workshop, try those!
    Look at this rear-end for example:
