Camera Moving Without Input

For some reason the game Camera in all views is continuously scrolling down very slowly when I'm not controlling it, causing it to eventually end up positioned right under the car. it's pretty annoying to keep having to scroll the camera up every minute or so. Is anyone else having this issue? This is on the latest patch.

 

Nope, only time I ever had this issue was because my mouse was not on a flat surface and was moving slightly (which is hugely amplified at 5600dpi) or when using an xbox controller with its shoddy return to centre problems.

 

My Camera problems have been resolved with the newest patch, all is well
