After 5 days I got no game? (Bank transaction)

Hello there all!

I have bought the game with a Bank transaction. The website says it takes 3 to 5 days to send an activation code. It is now 5 days later and I haven't received anything. What can I do? Is it possible that it takes longer, or do I have to contact the admins?

Yes it does. But I have 9 weeks holidays. Does that mean I have to wait 9 weeks for my game?

 

You bought it 5 days ago, and that is Friday. You probably can't count friday as a business day if you bought it late that day, and you can't count the weekend either because saturday and sunday are not business days, so you only bought it 2-3 business days ago.

I registered on BeamNG site with my personal mail. I used a different e-mail for the activation key.

 

should use same email for both else your forum account cant be linked with your order and therefore cant be fully activated (you dont have access to owners section)

 

As long as you can prove you own both e-mails, I'm sure they can work something out.
