Unsolved Editing Existing Parts on a vehicle

    Is it possible to edit a part on a vehicle I don't like. I have a police car, and the light bar that it comes with, I do not care for (pictured, the one with the LED sign). Was wondering If I can change it to one I like, like a light bar that comes on the stock police grand marshall belasco city PD (also pictured)

    you cant really edit an official part but you can make a new part and make a config with that part
