Does it look ok? Perhaps a bit longer back would be good.
And how to make so the colors stay like that when I export it to unity?
My friend is making a game and thought why not use this.

It may not be the best model, but hey, not everything needs to be that detailed. :)

The model has potential. Although the first thing I would recommend is to smooth out the jagged lines and creases (especially around the wheel arches and windows)

It looks weird because the shifter is the only piece of interior on the flat floor, and also usually the shifter is placed a bit higher from the floor

But there is the thing for the driveshaft. Isn't that high enough?

Gear shifters are (in fwd cars) usually mounted a little above the driveshaft tunnel.. or in rwd cars, the transmission tunnel.. it needs to be a little higher up, or make the gear lever and boot a bit longer so that the 'driver' can reach

    That's a lot of space. I think a 3cyl 2stroke is too small :(
What engine do you guys recommend for this?

I think that a 2-Stroke engine would be cool. Kinda like the old Saab 92.

This... is a... damn son, for a second attempt, this is a pretty good model, there are a few spots that could be better. But overall it's looking great!
