Crashing when loading map, even after fresh install - D311 Error #887a0005

D311 Error #887a0005
FATAL ERROR: The GPU is not responding

I'm able to launch the game in the menu, but whenever I try to load a map it crashes and gives me that error.

My only guess might be that it's trying to load as DirectX 11 instead of 12 somehow? Works perfectly fine on every other game I own.

I've verified integrity of game files, and also tried a new install.

[SOLVED] Had to remove a couple old mods that I made, they were causing that error some how... Odd because they only caused issues until about a couple weeks ago

 

Usually happens when a hotfix is released, it messes up even the smallest line of tempromental code for mods, hence why this is one of the games where mod updating is really needed.
