Can't Change Parts?

    A friend of mine is having an issue where when he tries to change parts on any car (I.E. Changing the D-Series from a single cab to a crew cab), it highlights the part he picks in orange and it refuses to change the part. Launching in safe mode fixed it, so I asked him to go through each mod to see which one it is and the refusal to change parts kept happening not matter what mod it was. He next deactivated all the mods (no safe mode) and it still happened. Is his game just refusing to change parts when mods are installed or?

    Seems like he doesn't know that the Apply button is now a thing bruh, just selecting and changing the part won't do anything, you need to click apply or have the Apply Changes Automatically thing checked

    I didn't know that was a thing either? Where exactly is he going to find the box to checkmark?
