me too. Now I want to drive it.
But before I do, I have to diagnose mods that are breaking it. :(

It's pretty nice. I especially liked noticing the little detail of having options to have either a shifter for the transfercase, or buttons under the options for Roamer's dashboard.

The facelift version is very nice. Finally now we have a early 2000s american SUV. It's design is intrestingly awesome, this made me play with the roamer more then ever before.

A re-design for the Gavril Grand Marshall to make it more look like a 90s Crown Victoria would be awesome, think of how the second generation would look like... Or else the Grand Marshall could be re-designed like a Mercury Grand Marquis.

I like it! I think it really expresses the 2000's soccer mom SUV vibe. Although, the one thing I would change is raising the taillights a bit, otherwise, it looks amazing!

Now as I look at it. The 2000-2006 GMC Yukon does have a similar looking face and that wasn't a luxury oriented model.

By the mid 2000's SUV's were just more bulbous; the Roamer's proportions are much closer to the GMT400 than the GMT800. The less-bulbous proportions combined with that grille just say early 2000's luxury truck to me, and the luxury marques in Beam really need some attention.

I really wish the headlights lined up with the top of the grill and then drooped over the fenders. This to me looks like a Chinese rip-off of (what should be) the real BeamNG car. "Well if we just move each headlight to the wrong side and then edit the body to match, it'll get through copyright noooo problem..."

Here's some of what I mean:

It's a subtle difference, (especially as I am bad at photoshop and so couldn't straighten out the top) but I think the second looks way better, even with the poorly placed blinkers (sorry about that).

First off, the second image gives me nightmares, but that's an opinion, not a fact.
Secondly, I think the look is just fine. The big grille is a unique look, especially unique for how recognizable and nostalgic feeling it is for something we have had our hands on for like 2 days. In my mind, the facelift was the only thing making me want to play with the roamer again. I really don't want to change it. The second one seems like a downgrade in my opinion, especially with the blinkers, but that was just a photoshop thing.

TLDR. Just because something is unique, or out of the ordinary, doesn't mean that it should be rendered a "Chinese ripoff" of "what it should've been".

You have to get more sleep man, I only posted that two hours ago!

All kidding aside, I apologize for my poor photoshop, but this is more the look I was going for:

Also, I didn't touch the grill, and I say "chinese knockoff" because that's the way they style things, with the over sized chrome grill and the slightly upturned lights. Here's one now:

first off: dafuq? I went to bed at 5:00 am ET, woke up at 3:30 pm ET, I have my sleep, although not on the most optimal schedule. Not everyone is on your time.

Second off, the Roamer could directly slip in to the list of SUV's you provided in terms of styling, just because the grille pops up on the roamer doesn't mean anything. It just has a big grille in comparison to the headlights, like 2 out of 3 of the SUV's you provided. If anyone wants to make a mod bringing the grille down, go for it, but it's not something worth changing, in terms of vanilla content.
And second off, the Chinese car you linked has a similar size grille to the other SUV's, even considering the era difference between them. And the headlights on the Chinese car lean more towards IRL, actually. The headlights are at the same/higher level than the grille, similar to the IRL cars. Yes the headlights come up on the roamer for the other side, but that's normal, and actually gives off the same vibe that the GMC does. Still don't get your point.

And also, you DID touch the grille, as you included it in how you talked about design points. That means it mattered in your argument, meaning that was part of your argument.

I was joking because you said it gave you nightmares, but there's no way you could have slept a night in the two hours. That's beside the point.

I never took issue with the size of the grill and did not edit it. What I took issue with was the lack of a clean line on the top of the grill and headlights - on all three I provided, and a few more besides, there is no dip between the grill and the headlight. There is a curvature upward on the GMC, but nothing like that dip. The only reason I said
is that that was part of the thing that made me think "Chinese ripoff". The picture of the modern Chinese SUV I provided was an example of the big chrome grill and upturned headlights. I didn't take the time to try to find a 2003-ish era one as I thought that picture got across the image well enough. My issue is not with the shape of the grill, it is how the lights meet the grill.

I cannot simplify my thoughts any further than
