Slow Performance on WCUSA

Sadly, I have terrible performance on WCUSA and WCUSA alone - my framerate tanks. Why is this? Does anyone know?

 

Well, I'm pretty sure West Coast USA has issues and B25Mitch talked about working on the map to fix the framerate. You could try clearing cache if you think that'll help.

 

Sounds like a bottleneck to me, do you have enough VRAM, System RAM, CPU Cores, etc?

 

Good point, though I think there are other people that complain about West Coast USA having performance issues.

24GB RAM
Intel i5-8400
NVIDIA 1060?

 

What FPS are you getting? Those specs are pretty solid.

 

What speed is your RAM, ive got a i5-7400 and a GTX1650 OC (my GPU is the new GDDR6 Model though), and I get about 60fps on High with 16GB 2400mhz DDR4, also how many mods are you running usually?

That is true, so there could possibly be an issue, but I don't really seem to have performance issues on WCUSA, although ive not really played BeamNG that much since getting my new GPU, however, when I did go on it earlier this week, it seemed alright. And I know my PC isn't even that high spec.

 

I don't know my RAM speed atm, I get maybe forty, but the cars themselves are like 20 (the camera is smooth-ish but the cars are not) and I run usually 6 (due to this issue) mods. It starts fine, with lower performance, but forget spawning 4-8 other cars (all other maps, even italy, can handle eight smoothly)

What mods are you running, cause ive found that some mods tank the game quite bad, I run about 110mods atm, and I get a 20fps decrease compared to not running mods (I get 85-90fps on high with no mods and 55-65fps with all my mods running)


I suggest Speccy or CPUID-Z for checking Ram Speed (Its usually displayed as around 1196mhz for me but both sticks run at 2400mhz (you just double the value)
