Should the "empty" grille be replaced with the one from the Hopper on all hoods?

Nah, I can't really say I blame ya.

A good place to check is page 1. If any new features are added, the first post is where they show up (when Sithhy updates it... which he does rather regularly... ish...)

Now the inflatable/deflatable tires thing is rather commonly requested... and it can be done... but I do not know how to do it personally... my guess would be that it could be done through LUA commands? If airbag suspension could be done, then I don't see why this couldn't be done.

Now, another way of doing it is by me making something mechanical... again, this is tricky, but can be done.

The only thing is that one requires knowledge I don't have, and the other requires me to build tires by hand which is kind of a pain. If someone figures out a way to do it through LUA though, I would be more than willing to implement it... but as of right now, I posses literally 0 knowledge of how LUA works :p

So at the moment, the answer is no... and its not really planned... if enough people want it and we don't come up with a proper LUA option, then I can implement a work around with custom tires... but, again... that's only if it is REALLY highly requested and no LUA option is found... as my way that I know right now would be a lot of work.

I have something that might interest you.

Should be pretty much a drop-in into any 4 wheeled vehicle using vanilla-style wheel naming (FR/FL/RR/RL)

    Only missing sounds.

    That's weird.

It was literally just a video of a Hopper having it's tires deflate and then reinflate. Something tells me the robotic overlords didn't like something with the video.

    Here are some screencaps.

Diamondback helped me by pointing me toward the right API functions, so I think we could say the devs already know :p

    Pay me $500 & I'll do it.

Just because it's been in development for so long, doesn't mean I have to release it because people will "pressure" me into doing so.

I will release it when it's READY to be released

Agreed... besides... it is in a rather unpolished state at the moment...

to be a bit transparent, recently some stuff got broken in the driveline that has made the diffs rather unstable. This is currently my next big hurdle to overcome as these diffs need to be able to stay locked under 50,000+ ft.lbs of cross torque... something that Beam really seems to get unhappy with me about... that on top of some of the gearing that I am using is so aggressive that it causes strange feedback through the driveline... again... something I am going to have to work out and fix.

What we usually show makes the mod look really good and complete... because we have been screwing with it for so long that we know its strengths and weaknesses... when you all get your hands on it, I hope to have all those strengths still there with none of the weaknesses so that you will all get a positive gameplay experience. Plus, at this point, there are so many things that need polished, that if we did release a "Beta" I don't know if I could handle all the thousands of messages from people pointing out things I need to fix. Hell, I can barely keep up with Sithhy pointing out all the things I need to fix

Just... the last mod I helped with we got berated constantly for about a week solid on the silliest little things... it was almost too much for me to handle... so I don't want to go through that multiple times for this... once is more than enough for me.

    It's getting there... don't worry...

The B1 thread passed 300k views!

That's a huge milestone for me & all the people involved into the B1, seeing as I haven't had any high hopes for this passing 50k even after being released, yet here we are, at 6x that with the mod still in development & it's all thanks to you guys :D I can't thank you all enough for waiting this long & being (for the most part) patient while we're hard at work here, especially this being my first ever mod for BeamNG. I hope this popularity trend will continue to roll forward & that the B1 thread will hit 500k views... That would be just mind-blowing
