Igpu fix Bug

I cant delete mads and when I do in file folder they stay in game but they just break

 

When deleting mods it's best to delete them from the in-game repository. Otherwise the game still thinks you are subscribed to them and will download the latest version from the repo, which often won't work in older versions of the game. I would also highly recommend updating your GPU drivers as I've said before so you don't have to use an old and outdated version of the game.
