Add properties, beamLimitDampFast and beamLimitDampReboundFast

    Bypass dampers are not as useful as they could be due to missing these properties.

    By the way, I'm not referring to the Hopper Crawler, linear dampers are fine at low speeds, maybe even better for crawling.

    I thought this post would be merged with the title post like happened in a different thread the other day, guess there's a timeout for that feature, makes sense
