    Is there some way how to disable it? It annoys me so much that i dont want to play with that car :/

    Remove the ESC and the ABS, since that is what triggers it.

    No, there is no switch or anything to turn it off.
    Your optionw are either to create a mod that replaces the ESC part without the config for the hazards or remove the ESC part altogether.
