I've grown up around station wagons or estate cars from a young age. They are cool but mostly heavier than the normal saloon, hatch variant. I am yet to drive one.
I sold a sedan version of this exact car. Bet the wagon version would have gotten me 50 to 100% more $$$
Here is my favorite: Mk7 VW Golf Sportwagen 4motion This picture is an 18' 4mo that I photoshoped Austin wheels from a gti and lowered a tad.
Here's my wagon, and my daily driver. 1992 Ford Taurus GL station wagon, 89,600 miles, 3.0 "Vulcan" V6 (replaced blown 3.8 V6), clean inside and out. Although it could use a good wash. Fold down the rear seats, I get 82 cubic feet of cargo space. Fold up the hideaway rear seat and it seats eight. That's what I love about the wagon. You can pack it full of passengers or cargo and still have no trouble driving or parking it. Take that, big SUVs!
Honestly, I love the pacer. If I could buy a pacer woody wagon I would be so happy. It is based on a hatch, but the wide small car in wagon form is my favorite wagon.
