these templates are .psd files, the way i paint is i use the program paint.net with a plugin that allows me to open .psd files

Hey.. By curiosity, How do I import it into the game and onto the car?

 

Download the file
Drag it into the "mod" or "mods" folder in your game files thingy
go to configure vehicle and then skins and choose

update, it didn't work..

 

This might be weird to ask But how do i Save my skin on to the late model i used pixlr so if any of you know how to do that I appreciate it!
