Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I'm looking for a certain mod

    I found this Neilogical video from two years ago and one of the mods he had installed added some numbered race cars (example: the two Burnside Special race cars at the bottom of the menu at the 3 minute mark). The thing is, I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help me?
